If cracks are found in the weld, it should be removed first and then welded with a high-quality electrode. Check whether the metal structure is deformed, cracked or corroded, and check whether the camber of the main beam meets the requirements. The metal structure of the tower crane can be sprayed once every 3 to 5 years according to the previous paint condition. The old paint and rust should be cleaned before spraying the paint. Whether there is dust accumulation, cigarette butts, or other sundries not related to the crane in the cab, and whether the glass is damaged.
