After the tower crane has been parked for a long time, what should be paid attention to when restarting?

1.Steel structure

Check whether the joints of the steel structure and each pin are normal; whether the bars, webs and welds of the metal components are cracked; check whether the steel structure is deformed by water or frost.

2.Lubricant

Check the oil level in each reducer, check for oil leakage, and fill or replace the specified brand of lubricant in time. Fill the pulley and bearing seat with grease that meets the requirements in time.

3.Wire rope

Check the wire rope for rust and impurities on the surface. Check the winding condition of the wire rope on the drum, whether there are skipping ropes, overlaps and irregularities, and lubricate the wire rope in time.

4.Electronic control system

Check whether there is water, dust, debris, etc. in the electrical control cabinet, whether the cable is damaged or insulated, the sealing condition of the motor itself, the junction box, the protection circuit, and the main components to ensure that it is sensitive, reliable, safe and effective.

5.Safety device

Open and check each safety device to make sure that there is no accumulation of water and dust and that they can operate normally. All safety equipment must be tested to confirm that they are correct.

6.Luffing brake device

Check the brake system of the luffing sports car to see if the brakes have not been used for a long time, causing water rust or icing. If the motor cannot start normally, you need to manually pry the luffing brake to remove the adhesion area to ensure that the motor can operate normally.
