Correct maintenance of tower crane metal structural parts

1. Strictly implement the scrapping specifications for crane steel structural parts.

2. Check the metal fatigue strength, weld cracks, structural deformation, damage and other conditions for the structural parts that are mainly stressed. Abnormal, should stop processing. The inspection of structural parts shall be carried out according to the following procedures.

(A) Daily inspection: The tower crane should stop daily inspection every 24 hours. When the tower crane driver is handing over the shift, he should check the tightening status of the bolts of each connecting part, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in time.

(B) When the tower crane makes abnormal noise, or has misoperation, or finds the safety maintenance and installation of the tower crane fails, the inspection should be stopped and recorded.

(C) When a project is completed and the tower crane is dismantled, it should be carefully inspected by engineering technicians and professional maintenance personnel, and recorded.

3. Try to avoid deformation and collision damage of structural parts during transportation.

4. Spray paint once every six months to one year. The rust, oil and other dirt on the metal surface should be removed before painting.
